Grant Applications NOW OPEN!

The Addison Township Mental Health Board has officially opened a new round of grant applications for the fiscal year ending May 31st, 2025. Applications will be accepted from February 15th to March 15th, 2025.

Past recipients and new community providers are encouraged to apply.

“This new round of grants represents the Board’s commitment to providing vital services and resources to Addison Township residents,” said Chairman Don Puchalski. “Following the success of our first application period, we look forward to strengthening relationships with previous applicants and encouraging other local service providers to apply.”

About the Addison Township Mental Health Board

In 2022, Addison Township voters approved a referendum to establish the Addison Township Mental Health Board. The Board funds services addressing mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance abuse disorders for residents.

Appointed in February 2023, the seven-member Board consists of unpaid volunteers with government, mental health, and community representation expertise. Their mission is to raise awareness, eliminate stigma, and ensure accessible, high-quality care for all Addison Township residents.
