ReferralGPS offers:
- Care Navigation to help find the right resources for your unique needs
- Short-term financial assistance for therapy and psychiatry through a treatment fund sponsored by the township Mental Health Board
What is ReferralGPS?
ReferralGPS is a service that helps our community find local behavioral health treatment resources. The service complements the township’s existing support systems by providing township residents with a way to connect with treatment. ReferralGPS provides Care Navigation to assist families in triage and appointment setting.
Residents within Addison Township may access ReferralGPS by visiting referralgps.com/addison to connect with a Care Navigator anonymously.
How does it work?
A call is scheduled with a Care Navigator to discuss the individual/family’s unique needs. Their team will research and contact practices to find the best resources based on insurance, availability, preferences, and more. From the resources shared, individuals choose who to move forward with for scheduling.
Is there a cost?
Any resident from Addison Township can receive Care Navigation to be linked with behavioral health services at no cost.
Treatment providers will have their own fee schedules and will work with insurance coverage on a case-by-case basis. The Addison Township Mental Health Board has allocated a limited amount of funding for residents with financial constraints to assist with mental health treatment access.
