About the Addison Township Mental Health Board
In 2022, Addison Township voters approved a referendum to establish the Addison Township Mental Health Board. The Board funds services addressing mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and substance abuse disorders for residents.
Appointed in February 2023, the seven-member Board consists of unpaid volunteers with government, mental health, and community representation expertise. Their mission is to raise awareness, eliminate stigma, and ensure accessible, high-quality care for all Addison Township residents.
